Yes. Soft washing is the method we use precisely because siding should not be blasted. The cleaning solution does the work at low pressure, so the finish, the caulking, and the seals around windows stay intact.
Will the cleaning solution harm plants or landscaping?
We plan around your landscaping. Beds and shrubs near the work area are wetted down before we start and rinsed again when we finish, which dilutes anything that drifts. If you have something especially delicate, point it out when we arrive and we will cover it or work around it.
Do I need to be home?
Not for most exterior work, as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and to an outdoor spigot. Interior window cleaning does require someone to let us in. Either way we will confirm the plan with you beforehand.
How long does exterior cleaning usually take?
It depends on the size of the home and how much is being cleaned. A single service on an average home is usually a few hours; a combined house wash, windows, and driveway can take most of a day. Your written quote includes the time estimate for your specific job.
What affects the price?
Square footage, number of stories, how many surfaces are included, access and safety considerations, and how much buildup there is. We quote from the actual property rather than a flat rate, so the number you get is the number you pay unless you add work.

What should I do before the appointment?
